For the ones who don’t want to be tied up with a 12 month contract and wish to try our management service first, we have short-term packages available, starting from 2 Days management for your weekend getaway. You live in the UK and plan a special weekend to London for Valentine’s and need every detail to be looked after smoothly, we are here to assist. You live abroad and want to organise a cultural family trip to London with your wife and children, benefit from a bespoke Private Guided Tour and the best seats for the Musicals, reserve a hotel that suits best your stay, we will assist you accordingly. This service is also available for your French Riviera getaway as we cover the area from Monaco to Saint-Tropez.
Luxury Lifestyle Management
Our Lifestyle Management service is reserved to members using our services on a 12 months contract. When you are too busy managing other of your priorities and you need support in your lifestyle with dinner reservations, sold-out events, transportations, hotel reservations and more, you want to be able to delegate these tasks to a personal assistant specialised in the field. We’ve got you covered, open the closed doors and manage all the logistics for you. Our membership is available for UK based residents as well as international clients traveling regularly to London or the French Riviera.
Premium Events Planning

In London or the French Riviera, from the smallest event to organise a private dinner for your birthday, your engagement party to celebrate with friends and family your upcoming marriage, planning your wedding from the choice of the venue along with the full coordination until the ultimate day, we will be able to assist you with in-house experts, strong knowledge of the venues and carefully hand-picked vendors to deliver a successful event.
Our event management service is available to everyone, you don’t have to be a member. However, you have to know that we don’t send random proposals without confirming the management according to our terms and conditions.

Real Estate Consultancy

This service is only available on the French Riviera for now. We assist our Lifestyle, Event and Holiday clients with the choice of a property matching their requirements.
This service is offered to individuals and also to professionals coming for festivals and congresses. This will allow you to save some time in your research as we will send you a selection of Villas and Apartments from different partnered agencies and benefit from transparent advice from our experts to pick the appropriate property.
As we are not a real estate agency, we don’t send properties unless you are already contracted with us. This service covers Saint Tropez, Cannes, Monaco and the surrounding areas. You can discover a selection of properties on our website.

 

WHERE WE OPERATE

Twice Agency provides its services in London and the French Riviera. By London, we mean mainly to central London, which is a playground we control and where we have most of our knowledge and professional network. We do not organise events in the countryside properties.

The French Riviera is a wide territory often associated with Provence and places like Marseille, Saint-Rémy de Provence, Gordes, also filled with nice properties to stay or organise luxury events.

However, we do not cover these areas and we work from Monaco up to Saint-Tropez, passing by Cannes and their surrounding areas such as Eze, Saint-Paul de Vence, Mougins, Gassin and Ramatuelle.

The South of France is mainly visited for seasonal trips, and while we assist more Individual clients on holidays from Easter until September, we help a Corporate clientele visiting Cannes off-season for many congresses and shows, such the Cannes Mipim, the International Film Festival and the LIONS Festival to name a few.
