AMAZONICO Monte-Carlo
Created in Madrid in 2016 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the brand has started its first international extension in London 2019, followed by Dubai in 2020.
Nestled on the top of Café de Paris, on the iconic Place du Casino, the brand joins Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer’s expansive culinary portfolio.
That’s from April 2024, that this new Amazonico restaurant starts its new adventure on the French Riviera.
This immense new venue counts different areas starting with an incredible roof terrace restaurant with a capacity of 180 covers, overlooking the famous Place du Casino of Monte-Carlo. In addition, the terrace offers a 30 guests private dining space, as well as a Cigar Terrace on the opposite side.
In addition to its roof terrace, Amazonico Monte-Carlo has an indoor Lounge bar, where you can sip the Signature cocktails such as Leche de Panthera, Monkey Business or the Palomere, along with tasty delights from the sushi counter or other Latin American flavours.
As for the food, carefully curated by Sandro Silva, who fell in love with Latin American cuisine from his early childhood in Brazil, together with his wife Marta, they have worked on a selection of traditional Brazilian dishes and cachaça cocktails, to create the Amazonico restaurant in Madrid.
For those who have experienced previous Amazonico venues in London and Dubai, be assured, you will be able to find all Signature dishes as well, such as the Ensalada Amazonica, the Arroz Chaufa, the Lubina Al Espeto or the Amazonico Maki. And of course, new creations have been designed specially for the Monte-Carlo Menu, which we’ll let you discover in your next trip to Monaco.
Both parts of the venue, the Terrace and the Lounge, are complemented by live bands playing jazz, bossa nova and Cuban rhythms, as well as the resident Djs in the Lounge area.
The last but not least, finding its way discreetly down via a leopard-print staircase and reserved to just a few exclusive night-owls alike, your Amazonico experience will continue until late in this intimate night club. Table reservations strongly recommended to access to this heaven. Welcome to the Jungle!

ZUMA Cannes
Co-founded by Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney in 2002, the first Zuma restaurant opened its doors in London in the luxury area of Knightsbridge, moments away from Harrods.
The 2 founders created Azumi Group, creating new successful venues in London, such as Roka, Inko Nito, Etaru and Oblix at the Shard.
In 2012, the duo also partnered with D.ream International, to expand internationally their strongest brand, Zuma.
Zuma Cannes represents a very important opening for the Global brand, as it is to be considered as the French Flagship restaurant and also the first restaurant to open in the redeveloped Palm Beach Cannes, joining forces to existing La Petite Maison and Medusa restaurants. The official opening date is on May 15th, 2024.
Why at Palm Beach Cannes? The entire space has now been in full refurbishment for several years, improving its entertainment offer years after years. By developing the building, Palm Beach owners had a very clear mission. Give back to Palm Beach what it used to be. A historic site restored to its former glory. Inaugurated in 1929, Palm Beach Cannes was the symbol of the golden age, playing host to renowned galas, fashionable cabaret shows and welcoming great names from around the world.
So, when the opportunity to bring new strong brands moments from La Croisette appeared, co-founder Rainer Becker said “Palm Beach in Cannes was the obvious choice for us when choosing our first location in France, it echoes everything we stand for here at Zuma: excellence, quality, and a good time!”
While entering the premises through a low-ceiling tunnel you will discover a large private dining room along a number of event spaces which can cater for all needs and sizes.
The restaurant embodies Zuma spirit through the natural elements used in its composition, including its iconic rugged fixtures of stone and wood. Zuma will be open year round with indoor and outdoor spaces, exclusive for dinner. Its large terrace composed with retractable sails will give you the chance to enjoy alfresco dining, whilst soaking up the views over the Bay of Cannes.
Zuma’s characteristic culinary concept features a main kitchen, sushi counter and robata grill offering modern, sophisticated Japanese cuisine. Zuma Cannes won’t disappoint its aficionados, as you will be able to enjoy Signature dishes such as the sliced Otoro, the special Maki and the Chilean sea bass croquettes. Additionally, always adapting to the local culture, Zuma Cannes has created some special dishes that we let you discover in your new dining experience.

Formerly a place for the legendary 3.14 beach, Copal has been envisioned by Must Group.
Must Group is a new group in the field of hospitality and entertainment, created by the partnership of Partouche Group and entrepreneur Julien Manival.

Copal is a hacienda, right on the sand, that settles on the Croisette in Cannes.
The chef draws inspiration from his native Colombia to create a menu that is convivial and refined.
