It might be one of the smallest countries in the world but the principality of Monaco certainly isn’t lacking when it comes to luxurious living. With vibrant restaurants, bars, casinos and hotels on the glamorous French Riviera, Monaco is the perfect destination for designer shopping, fine dining and lapping up the country’s glorious climate.
With many famous spots such as Casino de Monte Carlo, Monte Carlo’s Castle, Le Rocher and Monaco Yacht Club, Monaco is the ultimate, exclusive destination. Surrounded by St Jean Cap Ferrat, Cap d’Ail, Villefranche, Eze, Roquebrune Cap Martin and Beausoleil, Monaco also plays host to a catalogue of world-famous events including the Tennis Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, Monaco Formula One Grand Prix, Monaco Yacht Show, Poker Tournaments, Menton Lemon Festival and Longines Jumping International.
Monaco is constantly evolving. The brand new One Monte Carlo shopping centre has recently opened its doors, while the Monaco Mediterranean Expansion project will see Portier Cove open in 2025, creating 120 new luxury residences, a small marina, and a park.
Whether you’re looking for exquisite hospitality during the Monaco F1 Grand Prix or to rent a private luxury yacht to explore Monaco surroundings, we offer the very best VIP experiences in Monaco (Monte-Carlo).
Get in touch with your team to receive a selection of luxury villas to book in the surroundings of the principality of Monaco Monte-Carlo.
1/ Do I have to be a member to rent a villa in Monaco?
No, you don’t have to be a member to rent a villa. If you get in touch with us we will explain how to proceed. You will of course have the choice to include our concierge services (at-home chef, chaperone, private chauffeur, airport transfers by car/helicopter, close protection, yacht rental, F&B delivery, car rental, childcare) as part of the rental at an additional price.
2/ Why rent a private villa or a private apartment in Monaco?
Renting a villa in the French Riviera will allow you to experience a new level of comfort that you wouldn’t even get in a luxury hotel such as a private chef at home to cook your breakfast, lunch, dinner and why not a cheeky apéro like the locals? We can even help you host parties at your place (cocktails, birthdays…) or organise sumptuous dinners for special occasions.
Rent an apartment in Monaco or surroundings for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Rolex Masters Monte Carlo and lots more.
3/ How does Twice Agency select the villas?
We carefully select Real Estates Agencies as our trustworthy partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of luxury properties in our portfolio.
You can rent luxury villas or luxury apartments with us in Cannes, Mougins, Théoule sur Mer and Cap d’Antibes, Monaco, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cap d’Ail or Roquebrune Cap Martin, St Tropez, Ramatuelle, Sainte-Maxime.
4/ Can I check-in anytime I want if I rent a villa?
YES. Of course, simply make an appointment with us or a real estate agent from our Real Estates Agencies partners and you can check-in in the morning, lunch, afternoon or evening.
Usually, rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. Depending on the rental price and the availability of the villa or apartment that you want, we can sometimes offer a different check-in day. Please get in touch with your Lifestyle Manager to discuss your options.
5/ Is cleaning included in the price of the villa and how often?
No. Cleaning isn’t included in the price of the villa or apartment. Each luxury property has its own policy regarding cleaning times and frequency at the landlord’s discretion, depending on the property’s value, the length of the stay and the group type (friends, family, couple…).
A minimum number of cleaning hours will be mandatory in addition to the villa’s price and written in your rental agreement.
6/ Is there a minimum stay?
Usually, the minimum stay for a luxury villa rental in the French Riviera is from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the size of the property.
However, a stay of 1 week can be possible depending on bookings and availability of the property.
There is no minimum stay for an apartment rental, except during congresses and festivals (MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, Cannes LIONS, MIPTV, MIPCOM, Cannes Yachting Festival in Cannes or Formula 1 Grand Prix, Rolex Masters Monte Carlo in Monaco) and for some properties, during the high summer season on the French Riviera.
