1/ Do you have villas for rent with a pool in the South of France?

All of our luxury villas have private swimming pools. Most of them have a sea view from the infinity pool. Please note that the portfolio presented on our website is only a selection of our properties and we have additional villas to show on request. The majority of our villas are located a few minutes away from the city centre which allows guests to enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment and access the city centre quickly to make the most of the buzz of the city.

2/ Do I have to be a member to rent a villa on the French Riviera?

No, you don’t have to be a member to rent a villa. If you get in touch with us we will explain how to proceed. You will of course have the choice to include our concierge services (at-home chef, chaperone, private chauffeur, airport transfers by car/helicopter, close protection, yacht rental, F&B delivery, car rental, childcare) as part of the rental at an additional price.

3/ Why rent a luxury villa or a private apartment?

Renting a villa in the French Riviera will allow you to experience a new level of comfort that you wouldn’t even get in a hotel such as a private chef at home to cook your breakfast, lunch, dinner and why not a cheeky apéro like the locals? We can even help you to host parties at your place (cocktails, birthdays…) or organise sumptuous dinners for special occasions.

Rent an apartment in Cannes or surrounding areas to attend your dedicated congress or festival such as the MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, or Cannes LIONS. You can also turn it into an office space and welcome your clients in a glamorous place on La Croisette.

Rent an apartment in Monaco or surroundings for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Rolex Masters Monte Carlo or in St Tropez for the Paradis Porshe, Euro or Les Voiles de Saint Tropez, to name just a few.

4/ How does Twice Agency select the properties?

We carefully select Real Estates Agencies as our trustworthy partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of luxury properties in our portfolio.

You can rent luxury villas or luxury apartments with us in Cannes, Mougins, Théoule sur Mer and Cap d’Antibes, Monaco, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cap d’Ail or Roquebrune Cap Martin, St Tropez, Ramatuelle, Sainte-Maxime.

5/ Can I check-in anytime I want if I rent an apartment or villa?

YES. Of course, simply make an appointment with us or a real estate agent from our Real Estates Agencies partners and you can check-in in the morning, lunch, afternoon or evening. 

Usually, rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. Depending on the rental price and the availability of the villa or apartment that you want, we can sometimes offer a different check-in day. Please get in touch with your Lifestyle Manager to discuss your options.

6/ Is cleaning included in the price of the villa and how often?

No. Cleaning isn’t included in the price of the villa or apartment. Each luxury property has its own policy regarding cleaning times and frequency at the landlord’s discretion, depending on the property’s value, the length of the stay and the group type (friends, family, couple…).

A minimum number of cleaning hours will be mandatory in addition to the villa’s price and written in your rental agreement.

7/ Is there a minimum stay?

Usually, the minimum stay for a luxury villa rental in the French Riviera is from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the size of the property.

However, a stay of 1 week can be possible depending on bookings and availability of the property.

There is no minimum stay for an apartment rental, except during congresses and festivals (MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, Cannes LIONS, MIPTV, MIPCOM, Cannes Yachting Festival in Cannes or Formula 1 Grand Prix, Rolex Masters Monte Carlo in Monaco) and, for some properties, during the high summer season on the French Riviera.
